    Gives me motivation and notice small things like breathing, noises around me and really to get in the present moment and stop worrying.

    I think the more compassion you have for yourselves the more you will always put out into the world which would cause a better impact for your surroundings.

    My experience was calming, I stopped stressing and felt as if time just paused for a moment. My eyes where shut, and legs in a comfy criss cross position. I enjoy spending time like this, it reminds me to take a breather.
