Destiny Hazeri 10/18/2020 10:40 PMCompletely forgot about my walk today and didn't complete all my daily challenges for the first time after 7 days of consistency. :( Not horrible but I'm definitely going to try harder. Also - we're more than halfway done! Time has been going by surprisingly fast, especially considering I've been staying inside most days recently. -

Destiny Hazeri 10/14/2020 7:51 PMWent to jamba juice today and got a disposable cup :( Gonna rinse it and use it as a cup for paint water or something, not very eco friendly of me but i'm going to try and get as much use as I can out of the cup and be more conscious in the future. -
Destiny Hazeri 10/13/2020 10:18 PMI already don't eat much meat but eating vegetarian and vegan meals is a lot easier than I thought. I'm lucky to have access to enough food that I can pick and chose what my next meal is, something i've been very grateful for recently. -
Destiny Hazeri 10/11/2020 8:57 PMAll daily actions completed! Most importantly, got a nice walk in while it wasn't too wet outside and made a vegan curry. I think I will continue to use a gratitude journal after this eco challenge is over. It's nice to start the day reminding myself of all the amazing people and opportunities I'm lucky enough to have in my life. -
Destiny Hazeri 10/10/2020 10:17 PMPretty rainy today so I didn't end up going on a walk but did some yoga & moved around so I wasn't sitting around all day. Been trying to find a documentary about food sovereignty on netflix or hulu. -

Destiny Hazeri 10/07/2020 8:10 PMI think it's important to think about the things we're grateful for to realize how privileged we are to have so much as Americans. It centers you to spend some time being thankful for the things and people you have in your life. To help me be remember and be successful in writing things i'm thankful for every day, I made a small journal. (picture below)
