    I can leave my blinds open during the day to let in more natural light, reducing my reliance on artificial light. This boosts mood, reduces my carbon footprint, and saves money!

    Having a huge, colorful salad for lunch every day for the last few days has improved my mood, made me more effective at work, and has been incredibly easy thanks to a fridge-full of prepped veggies and greens! Eating primarily fruits and vegetables helps reduce our reliance on meat and dairy, which contributes more carbon to the atmosphere and requires much more water.
