    Today I composted by feeding my leftover scraps and expiring veggies to my chickens.  They loved the meal and I didn't contribute to the local trash pile.  Win win!

    Go walking with a friend at the park, take your kids on a nature hike, etc.

    Forgiving is a very powerful thing.  But sometimes when I forgive, the feelings can come back and I have to go through the process all over again.
