Marta Hergenrother 10/15/2020 10:49 AMPracticing gratitude helps me drive out some of the negativity that is so prominent, especially in today's time. Through reciting the things I am grateful for and constantly thinking of those things, it helps me stay focused on the good so I can put my good vibes back into my every day work.
