Nina Ibarra 10/13/2020 1:35 AMIt has been raining in my area for the past few days and it was a challenge to really walk outside. Thankful that early this morning the sun showed up and was able to walk. Regular walks for me helps me more to be attuned with my surroundings compared when you are on transit and ofcourse it helps you obtain good health. -

Getting fit and healthy by doing exercise at home with a family member makes it more fun and keeps you more motivated as you all enjoy the company of each other and at the same time keeping the family healthy.
