REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Mindfulness PracticeWhat best helped you with your Mindfulness Practice? How does Mindfulness keep you grounded and sustain your work with compassion?
Earlie Ingle 10/14/2020 5:38 PMBeing mindful of what you're doing and what's going on around you can keep you aware, and more ready and willing to feel present enough to do your work. I don't like mindfulness-- meditation is not for me, but I recognize why some people might like it. I just try to keep myself in the headspace where I can get work done. Not that I'm good at that. My mind wanders.
