    Once a year, always get a blood draw with full blood panel.  Quick, easy, fairly inexpensive and THE best indicator for any problems that are on the rise

    Ran another 1/2 Marathon today.  Despite the wind, went really well.  Distance running is the best.

    I still think it all comes down to one thing:  live below your means.  Been doing that since I was in college.

    I am truly blessed in that I have never had trouble sleeping.  Give me 15 minutes and a pillow, and I am out cold.  The consistency is waking up at the same time, every day.
