Nidhi's actions
Simplicity
Needs Vs. Wants
Do at Home
I will adopt a "Needs Vs. Wants" approach and only buy things I need.
Simplicity
Limit Social Media
Do at Home
I will limit my social media use to once each day reducing my daily use by 30 minute(s)
Health
Happiness
Do at Home
I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.
Simplicity
Go for a Daily Walk Outside
Do at Home
I will take a walk outside for 30 minutes each day.
Waste
Skip the Straw
Do at Home
Plastic bags and small plastic pieces like straws are most likely to get swept into our waterways. I will keep 1 plastic straw(s) out of the landfill and ocean each day by refusing straws or using my own glass/metal straw.

REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Go for a Daily Walk OutsideFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Nidhi Jalan Sakrikar 10/15/2020 7:23 PMGet to be outside in fresh air, enjoying the nature and see how everything changes as day goes by. Nature is magical in its own way! I enjoy watching the sky, the stars, sunsets, and of course meet other neighbors and the cute little kids and pets. These things definitely bring a smile to your face!
