Hoping to continue my daily walks in Nature and eating less meat. While I can't give up a burger every now and then, I have learned to use walnuts and pistachio nuts on my lunch wrap instead of turkey/chicken.-
Deborah Kim (Ecochallenge.org Staff) 10/28/2020 2:45 PMThat's awesome! I still eat meat, but I've found that The Impossible Burger and Beyond Burger patties are an excellent substitute if you haven't tried them already.

Laura Jones 10/21/2020 12:08 PM12 rules for constructive communication
Use “I” messages instead of “You” messages. “You” messages sound blaming and accusing. ...
Communicate the entire message. ...
Don't use your feelings as weapons. ...
Use specific language. ...
Focus on the problem, not the person. ...
Stop bringing up ancient history. ...
Watch out for mixed messages. ...
Pay attention to your body language. -
