    1. Hope for the Best and prepare for the worst- Positivity and preparedness.
    2. Don't lose your mind looking for meaning, life is strange and you are small. Not everything can be explained- Self awareness.
    3. Respect others rights to do what they will. Basic respect for others doesn't have to be earned-Compassion
    4. Look into things for yourself, don't make assumptions- Knowledge
    5. Trust people freely, but don't give second or third chances when someone breaks that trust- Self Respect

    Noticing the things that you can be grateful for can keep you grounded and positive. Enough so that you can make changes in your world so there are more things to be grateful for later on.

    I try to take a break to walk every day. It makes me a little tired because there are loads of hills in my neighborhood, but it focuses my mind and helps to calm me down when I'm stressed.
