    I ditched the gas lawnmower for a manual one and raked in the grass.

    Reducing your paper mail can reduce mental clutter as well as physical waste -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

    I'm amazed how many companies sent me mailers.  This was not just good for the environment, but really good for my mailbox too.

    As I continued to practice forgiveness, I found that a weight was lifted off of my own shoulders.  My disdain for others was my own undoing.
