REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Eliminate Toxic PlasticsWhat single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

He will be talking with me while i was doing workout, he will render some help in terms of bringing me some things if i need suddenly (towel, water bottle etc). I think, in this way i incorporate personal value into my exercise regularly. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use Reusable BagsWhat do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?
Sundar Kannan 10/19/2020 12:27 PMI have a habit of bringing stainless steel utensils when i go for buying meat. In that way, I am sure i reduce the usage of plastic bags. (For a week i will go for 4days to chicken shop.. lol) -

Sundar Kannan 10/19/2020 12:21 PMGenerally i dont use white sugar. I use little bit of palm sugar. But after this challenge i completely stop using any kind of sugars in any drinks.
