    it can be easy to get overwhelmed or burnt out from all the horrible things going on in our world. but expressing gratitude reminds us that there is so much good, and it gives me hope that the good we see will always overcome the bad.

    How can you express your personality, creativity, and values in ways that don't require fast fashion or buying more clothes and accessories?

    what you already own is always gonna be the most sustainable option. but if you don't like what you own, don't fret! upcycling is an awesome way to revamp your closet. other than that, thrifting is a great way when you do need something you don't already have. and if you NEED to buy something new, you can buy from a sustainable small business. these items tend to be a little more costly, but you have to think of them as an investment! these products will most likely be well-made and last you much longer than a cheap item bought from a store such as SHEIN. be creative and be green ;) <3

    Choosing two-sided printing can be an easy adjustment on your computer settings. How can you help others make this same switch? Can it be encouraged company wide?

    This is suchhhhhhh an easy switch that can make even the slightest difference!!! I make sure to do it for all my assignments, as well as just avoid printing where it's not necessary!!

    I LOVE IT!! it's been so fun to track all the numbers of things i'm saving, and the reminders have really helped me prioritize my time outside and enjoying nature :)
