Reagan Kelly 10/15/2020 10:45 PMWriting down 3 things a day that I am thankful/grateful for helps remind me that there is still good in this world when you mostly see the bad reported on. It's very refreshing to take a few minutes to reflect on the good stuff instead of the bad. Even when there are days that I have to dig a little deeper there is always something to write down :)
