  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health More Fruits and Veggies
How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

It allows me to eat a more balanced diet which is good for my health. It also allows me to buy less animal products which limits the pressure put on our planet through mass meat production. I also hate the way that animals are treated in large scale meat plants (or any meat plants really) so I want to help diminish their abuse.

How does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?

It's very easy to get down on yourself and the world around you when you focus on the negative. Practicing gratitude helps keep me in a positive mindset which helps motivate me to improve both my own circumstances as well as the world around me.
