REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Explore My AreaHow can spending more time outdoors enhance your sense of place -- your deep knowledge of and appreciation for your surroundings?
JOSHUA LARA 10/26/2020 1:01 PMIt can help you learn how everything was before you were here. How everything used to be and how much it thrived. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Go Get a Check UpHow do you practice self care?
JOSHUA LARA 10/26/2020 12:58 PMIt's not a practice it's more of a habit my parent's always make sure I am keeping up with the latest notifications about my health and needs. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
JOSHUA LARA 10/26/2020 11:13 AMI would love to get as much sleep as I did last night fro the rest of my life. I was so cozy and felt super refreshed not tired and mopey. I think it is better to see how much time it takes to fall asleep on the weekend versus a weekday. Compare and then go to bed double that time of what it takes you to all asleep earlier than your normal bed time. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Disconnect from EmailNotice how much time you were spending checking email away from work and make note of that. Now that you have stepped away from it and have not been checking, what changes are you noticing in your thoughts, use of time, stress and energy levels?
JOSHUA LARA 10/26/2020 11:09 AMSpending time away from checking my emails helped me see what I can do with the time I have during the day. I feel so much less stress and feel more like an active person. -
JOSHUA LARA 10/26/2020 10:25 AMIt is going a little bit less well than I expected but it is still very fun and a good way to find what you can do with your time.
