    I joined this challenge because I wanted to contribute to preserving the environment. For example, I tried to recycle more plastic, instead of just throwing it in the trash.

    How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

    Eating fruits and vegetables is good for one's health. Eating meat can be bad for one's health (fat, cholesterol, etc). By consuming meat, we are consuming water (from cows).
