    industrial pollution, agriculture run-off, automotive pollution,litter, and chemical disposal.

    Educating others, and making sure you dispose of chemicals, trash help. Also supporting eco-friendly businesses.

    How can practicing Loving-Kindness Meditation be helpful to the health of the environment?

    Practicing love/kindness mindfulness meditation can in turn allow you to be mindful and loving towards the environment. When you feel loved yourself it's easier to give love towards the world.

    Organic food is the best way to feed the world and lt limits the amount of food going to livestock and to waste by eating less processed food.
