    I love the challenges as they only serve to better my life.  All of the challenges I have taken on are good habits to acquire for healthy living and I am going for it....21 days makes a habit!

    Praying helps me to be successful and relaxing my body parts after bringing them to tenseness....floating sensation.

    It is an opportunity to refocus on what is Not me and around me among the perfection in God's creations.  It reminds me that only GOD is perfect.  I cant do anything....but He can do all things. I felt His presence among His creations.  The silence and just the whisper of the wind was centering and calming.  I find that I need that time each day as it begins and ends.

    What did you learn about racial injustice in the documentary(ies) you watched? How does what you learned connect to your understanding of sustainability?

    I learned that the government kept racial injustice alive through the Jim Crow Laws, prison "reform", drug enforcement laws that set up African  Americans for failure.
