Sara Mihm 10/12/2020 9:47 AMHappy Monday, all! Did anyone work on their EcoChallenge actions this weekend, or do something green?
In my household, we support reduce and reuse whenever possible... and of course, recycle. To that aim, we are big advocates for reducing food waste, and secondhand shopping when possible! As the mom to a (an awesome!) 1 year old, we are loving our Instant Pot, and making smoothies that ensure lots of food is being used up in a delicious way before it gets past its prime. And, since this little one is growing so quickly, we make every attempt to keep our impact low from his "stuff". This weekend, we found some awesome reduce/reuse shoe options for our new walker. It always feels good to have wins for the wallet and beautiful Earth. -
Sara Mihm 9/30/2020 3:13 PMWho says challenges can't be fun? What a great way to bring us closer to the end of this year. I'm looking forward to this year's EcoChallenge and diving into the Justice track, and can't wait to learn what other folks are working on!
Here's a random hamster giving you two thumbs up for being an awesome person.
