  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Less Screen Time
What did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?

Having a break from screen time is always nice because unless I'm off of my phone, I don't even realize how quickly time goes by or how long Ive been staring at my screen. Also, now that we're doing school from our computers, we spend so much more time on technology, and taking a break is very refreshing
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

I am basically attached at the hip to my hydro flask. I drink multiple of them a day, and it keeps me well hydrated
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

We have some fun mugs at my house, and I enjoy switching them up for my coffee in the morning.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Action Track: Healing and Renewal Go for a Daily Walk Outside
Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

I really enjoy taking walks because it's a nice break from my phone and computer screen. It gives me a designated time to think and observe my surroundings.
