"My philosophy has been to start simple, start small. As time goes on you will become more intentional with your purchases, with your movements and will soon begin to see a positive change. If we all made the simplest of changes, we could make the greatest of impact. I do my best to participate in these challenges not because I have the answers but because I am invested in learning them so I can make a difference."

This weekend I am going to explore a new hiking trail around my area-I have to take advantage of the nice weather before the cold Minnesota winter sets in. I'm also hoping to watch a documentary about racial justice--are there any recommendations out there that I should consider? Thank you in advance! I love this challenge! :)
