I love programs like people's ecochallenge.  I love that it compiles my efforts at good-for-me habits into benefits to the planet.

I've thought a lot about this lately and how important it is to set good spending habits. The pandemic certainly helps me spend less. I certainly need to make mental shifts, especially in buying organizational items.

Spiritually I need the forgiveness of others so I want to be forgiving. It benefits me by being lighter and more mindful.

What are your top 3-5 core values? How did you narrow it down to those as being your core values?

I have thought a lot about this. Core values are narrowed by the things I already do that are important to me.
