REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
sabrina paul 10/28/2020 12:15 PMWith day light savings coming up I'm going to loss an hour of sleep. However, with shifting my sleep patterns I just realized I need to sleep earlier to get my 7-8 hours. So, with day light savings in mind I'll just need to follow what I did in the beginning and to get up early I need to sleep at a reasonable time of night. What helped me sleep was yoga. My issues was I could shut off my mind to go to sleep, and with yoga it make you slow down and focus on your breath, body, and mind. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Volunteer in My CommunityWhat is one thing you can do to help your community become more sustainable?
sabrina paul 10/28/2020 10:08 AM"Reuse Reduce Recycle" is a saying we've all heard at one point in time, and its one easy thing you/ I can do. This can be said with anything cans/ bottles, clothing, cleaning supplies, etc. We can find things that are more environmentally friendly. Yes, it takes more effort but, in the long run it's better for you, and our community. Becoming a more sustainable world it's not just a day, week, and month attempt. It's a life style. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Stay on the GroundWhat was your process like for restructuring your trip? How can you avoid more air travel in the future?
sabrina paul 10/26/2020 10:39 AMMost of the time I travel by air is for convenience and quick travel. However, there are so many beautiful spaces around us, and we miss that by air travel. So to avoid air travel in the future I would need to plan my trip in advance so it's possible to get there on time and be able to visit without feeling rushed to get back home. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?
sabrina paul 10/26/2020 10:31 AMI would like to take more time reflecting on my day. I think so much happens, and most of the time we don't remember it all. Most of the time I focus on the bad, and I don't remember any of the good. So taking time to really reflect on my day(s). -

REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Mindfulness PracticeWhat best helped you with your Mindfulness Practice? How does Mindfulness keep you grounded and sustain your work with compassion?
sabrina paul 10/23/2020 3:54 PMMediating helps me a lot with mindfulness. It clears my mind and focus on something else other than my day. When I feel stressed or agitated I close my eyes and breath. It helps me realize that it's not just me in this world and we are all just trying to make it through another day. rather if it's good or bad. -
