We often do not see or experiences the effects of our actions. Everything you do, no matter how small, has an impact somewhere. We also do not like to think about how much we affect others.

Here are my top core values. Do these goals support the life I am trying to create?
    1. To be content with my own solitude. The relationship that you have with yourself affects all other relationships you have.
    - Be more attentive to my mental and physical health
    - Empathy without boundaries is self destruction
    2. To create a safe, comfortable, and open environment and energy for myself and those around me.
    - Be supportive
    - Love and kindness are at the core of your intentions & impact
    3.  Take advantage of the opportunities that are given to you to help those that are not given the same privileges.
    - Education is a privilege

About a year and a half ago I learned that washing your clothes with cold water is more efficient and have been doing it every since. Cold water also helps from keeping the color from spreading!
