1. To be content with my own solitude. The relationship that you have with yourself affects all other relationships you have.
- Be more attentive to my mental and physical health
- Empathy without boundaries is self destruction
2. To create a safe, comfortable, and open environment and energy for myself and those around me.

Maggie Perry 10/07/2020 9:45 AMToday we ran out of food in our house and had to purchase a delivery meal. I have been trying to save money due to being a college student, and it feels good to treat myself with an outside meal and also treat my body with energy. -

Maggie Perry 10/07/2020 9:42 AMAbout a year and a half ago I learned that washing your clothes with cold water is more efficient and have been doing it every since. Cold water also helps from keeping the color from spreading!
