    I love spending time with my friends and my family! So lately I have been going to the gym with a friend and going on walks with my family.

    By making sure to take time for myself everyday to do the necessary things I need to do for myself. Whether that be going for a walk, making some coffee, or taking a shower. I listen to my body and what it says I need.

    There are so many different ways a person can practice simplicity, that is why it is necessary to use creativity. Also using things like Pinterest if you are not creative!
