Savannah Powers 12/13/2020 9:59 PMI found from doing the eco challenge that putting time aside for things like 30 minutes of exercise and determining my core values so I can better align myself with them helps me to reflect on what my goals are and what I can do to help myself achieve them. I also feel better about myself knowing I’m helping the earth by taking part in small actions everyday like not eating meat and better taking care of myself as well.
