The major comes with regard to affording meat and that is where this goes in high. Hygiene plays a key factor. When the residues are not disposed properly, it brings disease to all the flora and fauna around.

If you were to only eat what is in season locally from now on, what would be the most difficult food item for you to give up? Why?

I drink a lot of fresh juice but with ice as a habit. Its winter season on my location and sourcing that becomes tough as you get juice without ice.

Elders are most affected with the degradation here as the level of pollution around my place is quite high and this affects their respiratory system badly. They are not able to breathe and especially with the current pandemic situation this is like adding fuel to fire as the virus will have an abundance presence in the polluted air as per the environmentalists and health experts advice.

I regularly go for a park instead of a treadmill available in my community thereby I am bale to spend time meeting some of the local neighbors and being a park it gives time to also spend time with nature
