Kelly Rankich 10/07/2020 9:03 AMAs I go through the actions, I may keep posting things. There is an action about sleeping. I recently downloaded the CALM app (it's free for one year if you have an AMEX card). I love it. I listen to sleep stories and meditations while I drift off to sleep. I want to start listening to more of the content during the day and not just as I'm falling asleep. -

Kelly Rankich 10/10/2020 7:49 AMRhianne, got your order! I'll place the order tomorrow. I can't recall exactly how I found it but it was toward the beginning of this more recent social unrest and I believe from a list of minority-owned businesses to support. -
