Laura Roch 10/13/2020 6:08 AMThe people's ecochallenge is going well for me. I have been enjoying not only completing the tasks, but reflecting on them as well. This is a really cool way to see the impact you make in the world, even if what you are doing may seem small. -

Laura Roch 10/13/2020 6:05 AMI can continue to say hello and smile at a new neighbor each day/week. This is easy for me because I live in an apartment complex with multiple buildings. I can go on a morning walk around the time people are leaving for work, since I work from home, and complete this daily action. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Laura Roch 10/13/2020 6:04 AMI would like to continue getting 7-9 hours of sleep. It helps me feel better throughout the entire day and positively impacts my energy levels. Laying down at a reasonable time (about midnight) helps me be successful in falling asleep soundly and getting good sleep. -
Laura Roch 10/12/2020 10:23 AMI am the Site Director for Notre Dame AmeriCorps in Northeast Ohio. I am participating in this EcoChallenge to bring my family, friends, and surrounding community together. I want us to participate in a healthy, fun competition that will benefit the world around us.
