The thing that best helped me with mindfulness practice was concentrating on my breath so I wasn’t frantically thinking about all the things I wanted to do. Mindfulness helps people feel calmer and they work better and think of more creative ideas when not stressed.

When people practice meditation, they aren't on their phones or doing anything bad for the environment. Also, when people meditate, they feel calmer and connected to the earth, which may lead them to do more to help it.
