Jennifer Russ 10/14/2020 12:29 PMThe thing that best helped me with mindfulness practice was concentrating on my breath so I wasn’t frantically thinking about all the things I wanted to do. Mindfulness helps people feel calmer and they work better and think of more creative ideas when not stressed. -
