    1.  I would suggest investing more time on meditation as it helps reduce the restlessness.  More restful a person results in improved productivity, concentration and calmness.

    1.  Turn off all electrical equipment's that are not in use
    2.  Switch to LED lights
    3.  Switch to BLDC fans if possible, as it consumes less energy compared to the normal ceiling fans
