    Self compassion comes from self love. If the heart is happy and healthy, we are naturally positive in our vibes and can nurture healthier relationship with others.

    Dancing is my favorite activity. It actually helps me to forget every thing and just groove with the music.

    Today is my 1st day but i think its going great as I'm learning new things and getting to see thoughtful people around with nice views.

    I agree to Berry's assertion because everything on this planet has evolved from nature and universe with passing course of time and celebrating everything that we have got from this nature is another way of forming a relation with the universe.

    I believe that virtual meetings should be professional enough to honor our values. We should be careful about what we are talking and presenting as it might not be face to face but virtual meetings also has the same importance of the company's culture.

    How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

    I walk everyday in the morning and evening. Though i don't go for long walks but walking in two different times gives me different experiences. Morning walks are soothing and more closer to nature. However, evening walks are more closer to people around.

    Canning and pickling food is a great way to have delicious summer fruits and vegetables all year round. Just make sure to follow the canning and pickling guidelines from the USDA or another trusted source. What are some foods that you would like to preserve and enjoy later in the year?
