    A recent Keen Independent Research Foundation study found that Minority Businesses Enterprises (MBEs) are more likely to have difficulties in receiving loans or city contracts. In what ways can you work to address systemic racism like that demonstrated in this study?

    theres nothing i can do about the systemic racism through city loans but i can support black owned businesses.

    i feel like staying grounded is important because it can teach you about self worth and how lucky you are compared to others and appreciating your position in general

    i get at least 10 to 11 hours of sleep every night so i feel i am doing pretty good. On the occasions that i stay up past 11 i feel that taking a pill that helps me sleep is one thing i do and another is listening to a sleep story on calm.
