Jessica Sire 10/28/2020 9:39 AMLearned recently physical forward motion with visuals moving past the eye engages the brains natural response to de-stress and reduce anxiety. I've noticed significantly if I'm stressed even short walk in between meetings or a break from work makes me much more calm and mindful. -
