    Learned recently physical forward motion with visuals moving past the eye engages the brains natural response to de-stress and reduce anxiety. I've noticed significantly if I'm stressed even short walk in between meetings or a break from work makes me much more calm and mindful.

    I removed all alerts from social media apps.  Its been a few weeks now and I noticeably stop reaching for my phone. Talk about releasing a burden! I check when I feel like it now!

    Walked and explored a different part of the neighborhood.  Fresh air and good conversation is always so rejuvenating after a long day!
