REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Leave No TraceEducator Stephanie Kaza advises her students to focus on what they care about most when addressing the enormity of ecological problems. Is there a specific area you feel particularly called to work on?

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Go Get a Check UpHow do you practice self care?
Jane Sobottka 10/28/2020 2:43 PMThe main thing is making sure I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night no matter what! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Buy From a Farmers MarketWhat is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?
Jane Sobottka 10/28/2020 2:42 PMMy husband and I are vegan so we are helping lots of animals but there's still entirely too much packaging that is used for many products we buy that isn't recyclable in our city. We could do more by buying products with less or no packaging and encouraging companies to be more creative and responsible with their packaging methods. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Jane Sobottka 10/28/2020 2:38 PMI see so many things I would never see from my car such as cool architectural details, abandoned buildings with amazing graffiti, and new little shops/restaurants. I also see a lot of homeless people of all ages, races, and genders and wonder how we can do better to help them.
