    Spending time amidst nature is in itself an experience. Anyone can enjoy nature and what it has to offer.

    Enjoying the sunrise/sunset is an absolute bliss. You get a few minutes to watch the magic and live in the moment.

    I decided to spend a few minutes by reading a book. Implementing it was not a challenge whatsoever. Less screen time and more book time is a win win.

    Practicing gratitude everyday helps to keep a positive mind set. 
    Journaling everyday and jotting down points has always helped.

    Inculcating a new habit is a feel good factor and following up with that is a sign of growth. Using a re-usable cup helps to reduce a lot of waste.

    Tending to the homegrown baby tomatoes in the terrace garden. Being able to spend atleast a few minutes among plants, helps to calm the mind. It is a stress buster for me.
