If I bring something new into the house I should get rid of 2 to 3 items.  An example would be I bring in a new article of clothing in, I must donate items I have not been wearing.  This is an ongoing process I am trying to adapt.

We need to protect our clean, fresh water.  With our warming water temperatures we need to continue to conserve the water we have to protect the fish and animals as we as humans.  Restrict additional pollutants from seeping into the ground and water to retain what we have.

During a year like this it is important to think about positive things.  Writing down what I am grateful for each day helps me look for the positive, another habit I stopped for some unknown reason.

Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Day 2, working to re-start a habit I used to enjoy and make time for.  This activity gives me more energy and brings me joy.
