    For my Mindfulness Practice, I found that it helped to experience a gentle rocking or swaying rather than staying completely still. This helped me to relax and focus. Mindfulness can help keep me focused on the task at hand and stay calm during tough situations. I realized that I felt less overwhelmed while practicing Mindfulness.
