    Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I try my hardest to use reusable bottles when I'm not home. Some barriers could be the weight of my water bottle or forgetting my water bottle at home

      i forget my water bottle all the time too lol!! it's really good that you're aware of the costs of using plastic water bottles and that you try to use reusable ones whenever you can!

    I would like to invest more time in reflecting on my relationships with the people around me and how I affect them and vice versa.

    Eating less meet lowers how much saturated fat you intake which is better for your health.
