Desmond Tomes 10/12/2020 9:22 AMWhat best helped me in my mindfulness practice was focusing on an event recently and just thinking all about it to not get bored or give up on the mindfulness. Mindfulness helps you bring these things into your everyday life letting you be able to stay grounded and not fly off the handle at anything out of line. -
