    Today I went shopping at Green Zebra for fruits and veggies, today I had a fruit smoothie and an apple for breakfast. For lunch, a sandwich with cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper, and spinach! For Dinner, I will have spinach ravioli with broccoli. I estimated about 4 cups of fruits and veggies today.
    I also took my dog for a 30 minute walk.
