    I went outside, fed the chickens, and moved firewood.

    I filled the bird feeder. The nuthatches and tufted titmouse have been hungry.

    I gave the chickens food compost. They were eager to enjoy the food. The leaves look very pretty and the weather is nice.

    Walking affects me positively. It gets me moving.  I walk along a creek and see the birds, fish, and other creatures.
