I learned more from A Drop in the Ocean on how I can become more sustainable. Great blog website and store!

To be honest, sometimes I can stay up really late and be fine in the morning, sometimes not. Also, I love sleeping in when I can. What works for me depends on the day, really

Today, I really accomplished a lot and I feel great about myself. I got my workout in, worked, slept well, and hydrated myself with water from the fountain that can fill your water bottle! I still am trying to improve, though. I completely forgot my reusable container at work today and had to get food in a styrofoam container. Everyone makes mistakes, but the amount of guilt I feel from using styrofoam is crappy.

How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

I can incorporate personal values by asking my roommate or another friend to go on a jog or walk with me! Hiking is also another great way to spend time with friends, while also getting the experience of nature, fresh air, and amazing views!

I haven't been keeping up with my Eco-challenge this past weekend. But I am starting fresh this week and am going to try to keep up! I have a lot of work to do, so it will be tough watching documentaries on racism and food sovereignty. I might watch some this weekend to earn some more points!

    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

I do use a reusable bottle for water, but when I want coffee from Starbucks or somewhere else on campus, it is hard to use a reusable cup due COVID-19 and new policies. I'm not sure how to go about this. I do use my french press in my dorm, but sometimes a nice coffee from Starbucks is a treat. Does anyone know if we can recycle Starbucks cups?
