    Finding a quiet place in my house always helps, and allowing myself to participate intentionally. Mindfulness keeps me focused on what matters and doing everything with intention. This helps me stay motivated and aware in school, as well as keeping up with relationships.

    By admiring and appreciating the environment as well as bringing awareness to the world around us, we can learn to help our environment.
