REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Mary Wenner 10/16/2020 9:56 AMOver the past couple of days, I have found that going to sleep around 8:30 pm has helped me feel more refreshed for the next day. I am nannying every day and going to class so having those extra couple hours of rest has made me a lot more patient with myself and those around me. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use Reusable BagsWhat do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?
Mary Wenner 10/14/2020 1:31 PMI personally don't often find myself in a situation where I am unable to use my reusable bags. I keep a couple of reusable bags in my purse at all times so I am lucky never without one. However, if I was in a position where I had no reusable bag or couldn't use one I would probably carry out my items in my hands.
