    I've been shying away from farmer's markets this season (thanks, covid) but finally went to one. It was safe and well organized! I was able to connect with the community, know where my food comes from, support sustainable farming practices and taste the flavors of the season.

    Spending more time outdoors clears the mind and relieves stress- allowing me to be in the moment and appreciate the fresh air and beautiful sights!
