    Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit?     Why bother with bottled water?  Why do we trust / believe what is in bottled water is better than what comes from a tap?  There are at least strict regulations for tap water... where are the regulations for bottled water (sourcing, quality and what effects the packaging imparts, etc.)
