After I determined my carbon footprint, I realized how much you can reduce your footprint just by using better forms of transportation. I will try to walk or bike places when I can, instead of driving!:)
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Choose Two-Sided Printing
Choosing two-sided printing can be an easy adjustment on your computer settings. How can you help others make this same switch? Can it be encouraged company wide?

Two-sided printing is super easy, and helps save paper in the process. Even though most of our work is online now, anything that needs to be printed can easily be switched to double sided.

I really have been working to fix my sleep schedule because i’ve realized how much happier and healthier I feel when I sleep as long as I need to. I’ve found that reading before I go to bed and putting my phone away helps me a lot.
